So, by now you should have the basic understanding of sculpting, but there is a few things I would like to mention,
First off
the LAZY MOUSE:
-this is a brilliant tool when it comes to fine detail, what it does it adds a tail on your stroke and helps you out with getting perfect strokes, this is how you access it and how it looks like;
Under Stroke dropdown you should find this option, its amazing the amount of precise detail you are able to produce with this, just enable LazyMouse and Relative and once you do so adjust them to your own preference.
ALPHAS;
-this tool is quite neat, it allows you to sculpt in random details of your choosing into the mesh without having to build them with normal brushes, I wouldn't suggest applying them now on your mesh since such fine detail will be more or less lost once we rewrite the topology, but its good to know,
Here is where you can find them and some of the effects i achieved in less then a minute of toying.
You can even make your own custom alphas, it requires the use of Photoshop, what you do is you get the desired image of the alpha you want to achieve like for example eye wrinkles of the ear drum, you get a picture of those things, throw them into Photoshop, greyscale, and just play with the contrasts/Curves till you get a distinct enough black and white image, then save it out as a tiff and import it into ZBrush in the ALPHA's option under IMPORT.
I wont walk you trough that process now since its not needed, and the default alphas in ZBrush are good enough for what we need.
